Fraudulent messages use our company’s name, or a bank’s, to obtain your data. buyinggold.ch never asks you, by text message or email, to approve a payment by replying, to click a link to confirm a transaction, or to provide a code or bank details.
If you receive a suspicious message:
- do not reply and do not click any link
- do not call the number given in the message
- delete the message and block the sender
- if you replied or gave any details, contact your bank immediately using the number on the back of your card
- report it at antiphishing.ch.
